Art Of Time's Shipping Information
In order to exercise our return policy or our warranty policy items must be shipped according to the following instructions.
RETURNS:
All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling our office at 1-305-374-0074.
The Return box address must be addressed in the following manner.
There should be a note inside with a copy of your receipt with the Return Authorization Number written on it. Also please right the RA number on the outside of your shipment on or near the shipping label. Without this information we will not be able to complete the return transaction.
Returns MUST be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a traceable shipper as UPS or the United States Post Office (USPS). Please note that Federal Express does NOT provide insurance on items such as wristwatches. We suggest that you only use UPS or USPS. Please contact us to ship your item.
WARRANTY REPAIRS:
All Warranty Repairs must have a Warranty Repair Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling our office at 1-305-374-0074.
The Warranty Repair Box should be addressed in the following manner.
There should be a note inside explaining the problem, your contact numbers and a copy of your receipt with the Warranty Repair Authorization Number written on it. Also please write the WRA number on the outside of your shipment on or near the shipping label. Without this information we will not be able to complete the repair.
