Art Of Time is not an authorized dealer for any of the watch brands we sell and do not claim to be, all our watches, regardless of condition have been previously owned.
Items are sold as is without expressed or implied warranty on a first come first serve basis.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bank Wire Transfer. Money Orders, Check/Debit Cards, Checks & Certified checks issued by US Banks. All funds must be in US Dollar.
Credit card orders must be submitted via our online-ordering system or via fax.
For orders via fax please submit our order form with your signature and credit card billing address ( we only ship to credit card billing address) 1-954-510-1602.
There will be a $20.00 Processing Fee for All Bank Wires.
All Domestic Non Check, Non Cash, Non Certified, Non Bank Transfer Funds, are subject to a 3.00% Handling Charge.
All International Non Check, Non Cash, Non Certified, Non Bank Transfer Funds, are subject to a 3.85% Handling Charge.
We ship within 48 hours upon receipt of certified funds. Shipping & Insurance Costs vary according to destination & amount of purchase.

We are happy to special order watches for you subject to the following conditions: We require an exact model number and description of the desired piece and a 100% non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Cancellation, returns or provide credit on these special ordered pieces.
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. We are happy to offer a refund on the return of any watch purchase from Art Of Time, provided that arrangements for the return are made within 3 days of the date you receive your purchased item. To make the return process as smooth as possible, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
The three (3) day return privilege applies to all previously owned and worn watches. Please note that there are NO refunds, exchanges, or credits given on Never Worn Timepieces or Specially Ordered Items.
In order to obtain your refund:
Simply return the purchased item within three (3) days of receipt in the same condition it was delivered to you, with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number by either calling our office at 1-786-302-0111 or Email us. The Authorization number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label as well. Any returned items which are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
Returns MUST be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a traceable shipper as UPS or the United States Post Office (USPS). Please note that Federal Express does NOT provide insurance on items such as wristwatches. We suggest that you only use UPS or USPS. Please contact us to ship your item.
Upon receipt of the timepiece, we will issue you a refund.
Please note that watches may NOT be returned, under any circumstances, after three (3) days. If the watch has been found to be opened or tampered with, the mechanical warranty becomes null and void, and the watch is not returnable, nor will any refund be issued.
